Working Process examples of our product: Capwood® Wood Pulp
Wood pulp roll working process:
Roller machines are equipped with a screw-pump that blend and make more homogeneous the wood pulp leaving the material between the rotating roller and the working surface, so, when using moulds and press, it is advisable to have an extruder, even a meat mincer in enough for testing or small works, to pass through the wood pulp before putting into moulds.
This device permits also to stir again wood pulp coming out in excess during operations and so no one gram of material will go wasted.
By using different rollers, a lot of different shapes and design can be obtained.
Wood pulp reproduces exactly with only one working passage, the designs of the rollers, while the adhesive features of the product will make it to become, after dried, an integrant part of the surfaces onto which has been processed.
Wood pulp cold-presse working process:
By means a cold-presse and moulds in resins or aluminium, it is possible to obtain big decorative panels, ornamental items and furniture parts carved as these produced by hands.
When matter of quite big pieces to make them more resistent it is preferable to insert a wooden core shaped and sized nearly to the final required one.
So that the use of the wood pulp is limited to the carved parts only.
For light items, to use wood pulp only, gives the possibility to stick it onto flat and even bowed surfaces. In this case, by heating the piece by an electrical plate, it will have again, temporary, the caractheristics of adhesion and flexibility.
